Core Foundations Class

Join us for a 4 session core, pelvic floor, and more kickstart, beginning exercise class. The “Core” supports everything! Do you want to get up off the couch, learn how to do safe, progressive core and pelvic core strengthening? Or did you just have a baby and want to get back into exercise safely without injury? Have you not been exercising because you’re afraid of peeing your pants? This is the class for you! Along with exercise you will get education on the pelvic floor, diaphragm, breath work and more! This is the jumpstart, the kickstart class you need to start that exercise program you’ve been wanting to do. Not only will you have an hour with Beth, pelvic health physical therapist, but due to the small class size, there will be more personalized support, and you will go home each week with tools to work on. Every class builds on the previous class and by the end you will have the strength to progress and education to improve your body!
