We will work together to figure out the root cause and finally resolve your pelvic pain, pregnancy or postpartum issues, or any other pelvic health issues. I will not pass you off to an aide or another therapist. Because we won't be limited by insurance, we can spend the time we need on the areas that are needed most.
You can expect time spent on discussing the issues you have been experiencing along with a thorough health history. I use a combination of education, exercise, movement, manual therapy, and other modalites (ex: dry needling, cupping) with your approval for treatment.
You will be in a safe and supported space to create goals to finally resolve your issues and return to the life you are meant to be living.

Pay For Services
Sister Strength PT offers self-pay physical therapy which means that payment is due at the time of booking your appointment. We are an out-of-network provider and we do not accept insurance. This way we are not limited by treatment options that traditional in-network, insurance based care requires. You receive knowledgeable and expert care without any surprise medical bills.
We do accept all major payment methods including HSA cards. There are options for superbills.
