Core Foundations Class
Come and learn the “Core Foundations” for the core, pelvic floor, and more. The “Core” supports everything! This class is for everyone and is a safe, progressive exercise class to work on correct form for all exercises! Do you want to get up off the couch, learn how to do safe, progressive core and pelvic core strengthening? Or did you just have a baby and want to get back into exercise safely without injury? Have you not been exercising because you’re afraid of peeing your pants? This is the class for you! Along with exercise you will get education on the pelvic floor, diaphragm, breath work and more! This is the jumpstart, the kickstart class you need to start that exercise program you’ve been wanting to do. Join Beth, pelvic health physical therapist, but due to the small class size, there will be more personalized support, and you will go home each week with tools to work on.
